A new filing shows what the Dali was carrying as it hit the Key Bridge.

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a civil lawsuit on Wednesday against the owners of the ship that struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, causing its collapse in March.

At a news conference, three of the six families announced they will be filing a complaint against Grace Ocean Private Limited, the ship’s owner.

“At the heart of this program, what we're really trying to do is get funds back into communities that were impacted by these environmental incidents."
