Marquette University Anthropology Professor SameenaMulla spent four years researching sexual assault forensic examinations in a Baltimore emergency room. She found that some hospital and state standards could get in the way of the prosecution of the crime. She joins Sheilah Kast by phone to discuss her research and her new book, "The Violence of Care."
