Whose Manure Is It Anyway?

Maryland’s Eastern Shore has a lot of chickens...and enough chicken manure to fill M&T Bank Stadium twice every year. That manure is a major Chesapeake Bay pollutant. The industry says it’s already doing its part. We’re joined by Michelle Merkle of Food & Water Watch, and Carole Morison, a former contract grower for Perdue. We’ll also hear this hour from Perdue Farms spokesperson Julie DeYoung
