Since November, nearly 10 million Americans have enrolled or re-enrolled for insurance under the Affordable Care Act, including more than 200,000 Marylanders who did so through the state’s health insurance exchange. As open enrollment comes to a close on February 15, an update on Obamacare in Maryland and the upcoming Supreme Court challenge to the federal subsidies of insurance in 34 other states.
