Governor Hogan has announced another new effort to raise the state’s COVID vaccination rate, this one targeted at younger Marylanders. In Baltimore City, police were joined by state and federal officials in announcing major arrests to crack down on violent crime. And CASA accuses a property management company of continually overcharging tenants with inflated water bills.
