Maryland’s highest court has upheld a reprieve for residents still needing pandemic unemployment insurance, but the legal fight is not over. Baltimore County’s executive has pulled back legislation involving the Inspector General's office, following heated criticism. And Baltimore has rolled out a new initiative with artists and the medical community to raise the city’s COVID vaccination rate.
