Yesterday was day one of distance learning for Baltimore City School students, and for kids all over the state. How can parents and students best maintain “continuity of learning?” And what about parents who can’t be at home, to homeschool their kids?
Remote learning has laid bare the extent of the digital divide between poor communities and others. Many kids live in households that don’t own a computer, or access to Wi-Fi. How can we acquire and distribute the technology these kids need?
