Pita Chips
Ingredients
Package of Pitas
½ Cup of Olive Oil
1 teasp. Garlic Powder
1 teasp. Dried Oregano
1 teasp. Dried Basil
Half a stick of melted butter
Salt and Pepper
Procedure
Cut Pitas in to small triangles.
Combine all of the ingredients and Brush the pitas
Bake until golden in a 350 oven for 5 to 8 minutes
Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
1 Bunch Asparagus
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 ½ Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1 Teasp. Sea Salt
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Good Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice and Lemon Peel
Procedure
Mix all ingredients except the parmesan cheese and the lemonjuice and peel. Toss asparagus in the mixture and place in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice and peel
Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
Hard Boiled Eggs--Slice in half and separate the yolks
For Horseradish and Bacon
Mash yolks with 1 tablespoon of horseradish, 1 heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise salt and pepper top with a piece of crispy bacon when stuff in egg
For Dill
Mash yolks with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon of dill and scallion and top with sliver of smoked salmon and fresh dill when stuffed in egg
For Curry
Mash yolks with 1 tablespoon of curry powder and 1 tablespoon of store bought chutney and top with a another dollop
