Baltimore's Ticking Time Bomb?

Last month, AMP's Marketplace reported on Baltimore’s aging and leaking sewer system, calling the old pipes “time bombs buried under the streets.” This characterization in national media comes just as the city embarks on a $1.5 billion plan to replace decrepit pipes. Rudy Chow, director of the Department of Public Works, responds to the Marketplace report and explains how the city will fix its aging infrastructure.
