And a couple of hours before our broadcast Wednesday, the White House released what it described as an “unclassified memorandum” that summarizes a controversial call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on July 25, 2019. The memorandum was prepared by note-takers who were listening to the call in the White House Situation room.
