The Rotunda Welcomes Back Popular Family-Friendly Concert Series this May
3rd Annual Rotunda Rocks Begins Friday, May 2 and Runs Every Friday through Friday, October 3

Grab a blanket or dust off your favorite portable chair and head on over to Hampden this spring for the return of the popular family-friendly concert series, the 3rd Annual Rotunda Rocks. This FREE weekly concert series, presented by MCB Real Estate, features live music on the Plaza and a street festival atmosphere with delicious local food and drinks, fun games and local vendors and will take place Fridays, 6-9 p.m. beginning May 2 and running until October 3. (711 West 40th Street). Whether you like rock n ’roll, folk, bluegrass, Indie, Latin, Celtic or reggae music, there is something for everyone and the event is open to the public. Celebrate National Dog Day at The Rotunda!
The Rotunda Partners with Maryland SPCA to Host Family-Friendly event on August 23rd
Join the Rotunda and the Maryland SPCA to celebrate National Dog Day on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, from 11am to 3pm. Bring along furry friends and enjoy a fun-filled day featuring live music, food vendors, drinks, pet games, local pet vendors, activities, pet photos, a Flea-less Market yard sale, pet portraits, adoptable dogs, and more! Contests such as Best Smile, Longest Tongue, Cutest Butt, Best Trick, Best Dressed and Best Strut will be judged by local celebrities with prizes for category winners. This event is FREE to attend and features a special PAWS-Port program, offering dogs multiple activities hosted by the Maryland SPCA (Bobbing for Hot Dogs, Paw Painting and ornament painting, DIY tie-dyed bandanas, make a pet Toy and spa day). PAWS-Ports will be sold at the door for $10 with all ticket proceeds benefiting the Maryland SPCA.

9th Annual Love Groove Festival Returns this Fall at NEW Location
This is a Festival on a mission! The 9th Annual Love Groove Festival empowers underprivileged communities and emerging artists through performing and visual arts, uplifting local businesses, fueling economic growth, and showcasing Baltimore’s talent and resilience. Their mission is to redefine representation and change the narrative of Baltimore City through accessible, high-quality arts experiences. Founded by entrepreneur and visionary John Tyler, this free festival takes place on Saturday, September 13 from 12-8 p.m. in West Baltimore at 1401 Whitelock Street, and includes dynamic live music, DJs, dancing, interactive arts projects for all ages, The Love Groove Gallery: curated visual art installations and sculptures including a bespoke skate ramp, street theater and strolling entertainment, Black Artists & Makers Market, hands-on arts creative experiences for kids, community arts activists and activation tents, plus a delicious array of food and beverages celebrating the best of local Baltimore.
