YORK ROAD TO HOST INAUGURAL “HEART OF THE 4TH” MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL ON JULY 19

The York Road Improvement District, in partnership with the Office of Baltimore City Councilman Mark Conway (4th District), will present the first-ever Heart of the 4th Music & Arts Festival on Friday, July 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The free, family-friendly street festival will transform a half-mile stretch of York Road from Belvedere Avenue to Bellona Avenue into a vibrant pedestrian corridor celebrating the culture, creativity, and community of North Baltimore’s 4th District.

The name “Heart of the 4th” references both the location in the geographic center of Baltimore’s 4th Council District and the community-centered vision of the event: to bring neighbors, artists, entrepreneurs, and performers together in celebration of North Baltimore’s unique identity and momentum.
