New WYPR Poll Shows Races For Baltimore Mayor & Comptroller Coming Down To The Wire

Apollthat was commissioned by WYPR, The Baltimore Sun and the University of Baltimore indicates that all three city wide races in Baltimore are close, with perhaps as many as one in five voters yet to make up their minds. WYPR's City Hall reporter Emily Sullivan joins Tom for a look behind the numbers.
