Puzzling Adventures are a cross between a scavenger hunt, an adventure race, and an informative self-guided walking tour. Each adventure consists of a series of locations that you are guided to where you are required to answer a question or solve a puzzle to receive your next instruction. Compete as a group, individually or create multiple teams and race each other. Almost all of our adventures are designed to be wheelchair and stroller friendly and all are carefully crafted to be entertaining and informative with something to appeal to all ages. Saxophonist, Langston Hughes II is a Washington D.C based multi-instrumentalist, composer, and bandleader creating inspirational original compositions and reimaginings of classic songs. Langston’s years of experience and growing technical and creative skills have created a distinctive sound that emanates beauty, passion, and positivity. He views his concept and approach as more than a genre, but a translation of his life experiences. Langston channels his upbringing in gospel music from artists like Mahalia Jackson, John P. Kee, Sam Cooke, and Richard Smallwood with his love and passion for the jazz tradition to create a distinctive, dynamic sound and style.

Langston was a 2022 Strathmore Artist in Residence and is currently a student at Howard University in Washington, DC studying under the tutelage of Charlie Young III, and continues to develop his skills, knowledge, and creative thinking through teachers and mentors such as Cyrus Chestnut, Allyn Johnson, Bruce Williams, Tim Green, and others.

The first 15,000 fans in attendance for the Orioles 7:05 p.m. game against the Houston Astros on Friday, August 22 will receive an Orioles Cowboy Hat. Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

2nd Annual Rotunda Rocks Returns to Hampden Neighborhood this Spring
Family-friendly Night of Rockin’ Fun Begins May 3 and Runs Every Friday Until End of September

Whether you like to jam to rock, folk, blues, Indie, Latin or reggae, there is something for everyone as the second annual Rotunda Rocks concert series returns to Hampden this spring/summer (711 W 40th Street). This family-friendly FREE concert series, presented by MCB Real Estate, features live music on the plaza and a street festival atmosphere with delicious local food and drinks, fun games and local vendors on Fridays, 6-9 p.m. beginning May 3 and running until September 27. Rotunda Rocks is open to the public and welcomes families and pets. A portion of proceeds from beverage sales benefits the Maryland SPCA. Jeanette Harris is the scintillating saxtress of smooth jazz. Jeanette’s energetic and captivating performances matched with uplifting and inspiring vibrations in the music are her solid platinum recipe for success. Fans already recognize her for her wonderful cover of Stevie Wonder’s “All I Do,” which hit Billboard’s smooth jazz singles chart from her previous album, Saxified. Classically trained in both sax and piano, a graduate of Boston’s famed Berklee College of Music, and the saxophonist for the late, great Teena Marie’s final year of touring, Jeanette has weathered the fiercest challenges to bring the world her own brand of soulful healing vibes.

Jeanette has performed as a side musician with Howard Hewett and Deniece Williams and has opened shows for greats ranging from smooth jazz stars Kirk Whalum, Najee and The Rippingtons to R&B stars Babyface, Phil Perry and KEM. Every Saturday is Orange Out Saturday

Fans are encouraged to wear their best orange O's gear. Enjoy live music at the Coors Light Stage at Legends Park, orange-themed food and beverages, and more!

And to cap it off, the return of the iconic all-orange uniforms will be featured on select Saturday home games.
