Welcome to the Brampton's public dining experience. Inspired by the Chesapeake Bay's rich farming and watermen heritage, we've invited Guest Chef Kurt Peter, from Chesapeake Chef Service to curate an exciting and exclusive monthly series of Chef's Tasting Menu dinners. Called DINING UNDER THE STARS, the dinners revolve around a theme, where food, the setting, the wines, even some of the specialty drinks reflect a chosen place or setting.
