The American Kestrel

The kestrel has a cool, 'hipster' vibe, with pairs of black vertical slashes on its pale face – referred to as a "mustache" and "sideburns."

But its counter-culture appearance is no joke. The kestrel packs a predator's fierce intensity into a small body.
