Section 8 Housing, Quilts As A Key To History, AVAM's 20th Exhibit

For the first time in more than a decade, Baltimore has opened up its wait list for section 8 housing vouchers. More than 50,000 people have signed up for a chance at a chance of getting help with housing. Nathan Sterner talks with Baltimore Sun reporter Yvonne Wenger who has been following the story. Then, can quilts give us a glimpse into American history - and Baltimore history?
