Bassist/Composer and TU Alum, Drew Gress returns as the guest artist for the Murray Jazz Residency. Join us for a week of classes, rehearsals and concerts with Mr. Gress.

April 6 at 8 p.m. Mr. Gress will be in concert with the TU Jazz Faculty Ensemble and on April 10 at 8 p.m. Mr. Gress will perform with students of the TU Department of Music.

The Richmond Fed’s District Dialogues series brings together regional leaders, practitioners and community stakeholders for timely conversations about the economy. This session, held at the Baltimore Branch of the Richmond Fed, will focus on the state of the economy with particular attention to Maryland and the greater Washington, D.C. metro area. Richmond Fed economists and local industry leaders will share the latest analysis on growth, labor markets, inflation and regional dynamics, and discuss what these trends mean for local businesses, workers and communities.

Towson University Department of Art + Design, Art History, and Art Education Faculty present examples of their recent aesthetic concerns in a broad range of media.

The annual undergraduate juried exhibition features students’ works that represent the various tracks, including painting, sculpture, graphic design, illustration, crafts, metalworking/jewelry, ceramics, digital art and design, photography, and printmaking.

Featuring more than 300 artifacts, life-sized reconstructed rooms, 3D views, video animations, and state-of-the-art technology, this immersive experience offers a riveting and emotional journey through one of history’s most iconic tragedies. From the ship’s grand construction to its fatal collision with the iceberg, you’ll get to fully immerse yourself in the Titanic's captivating story. Wander through its lavish halls, watch the iceberg appear, and relive the ship’s dramatic final moments in an immersive gallery. Plus, with a virtual reality exploration of the Titanic’s wreck site more than 2.5 miles deep into the ocean, it promises to be a retelling of the Titanic story like no other.

Long celebrated for its refinement, translucency, and technical precision, porcelain has deep roots in global traditions.

Featuring works by contemporary ceramic artists, the exhibition highlights porcelain’s remarkable versatility. This exhibition invites viewers to reconsider what porcelain can be, and how tradition can spark transformation rather than limit it.
