Featuring more than 300 artifacts, life-sized reconstructed rooms, 3D views, video animations, and state-of-the-art technology, this immersive experience offers a riveting and emotional journey through one of history’s most iconic tragedies. From the ship’s grand construction to its fatal collision with the iceberg, you’ll get to fully immerse yourself in the Titanic's captivating story. Wander through its lavish halls, watch the iceberg appear, and relive the ship’s dramatic final moments in an immersive gallery. Plus, with a virtual reality exploration of the Titanic’s wreck site more than 2.5 miles deep into the ocean, it promises to be a retelling of the Titanic story like no other.

Contemporary Porcelain: From Tradition to Innovation explores the enduring legacy of porcelain while showcasing the bold ways artists are redefining this historic material today. Long celebrated for its refinement, translucency, and technical precision, porcelain has deep roots in global traditions.

Featuring works by contemporary ceramic artists, the exhibition highlights porcelain’s remarkable versatility. This exhibition invites viewers to reconsider what porcelain can be, and how tradition can spark transformation rather than limit it.

Community Arts Spring Showcase
The Community Arts Spring Showcase celebrates the creativity, voices, and shared experiences of our community.

Between 1946 and 1953, Henri Matisse created 28 lithographic portraits for Poésies Antillaises (Antillean Poetry), a book of poems by John-Antoine Nau. Published posthumously in 1972, this rare volume remains one of Matisse’s least-known illustrated works.

Inspired by his brief 1930 visit to Martinique, Matisse translated Nau’s evocative poems—celebrating travel, music, and oceanic landscapes—into vibrant portraits. These reflect the artist’s collaborations with notable Caribbean and international models and are presented alongside works by two leading artists from Martinique and Guadeloupe, Germaine Casse and Serge Hélénon. This focus exhibition illuminates aspects of the transatlantic artistic circles active during the late French colonial period.

This collection of paintings—spanning the 1940s to the 1980s— reflects and reframes the cultural, political, and emotional realities of Bangdel’s time and traces his evolving vision as he navigated multiple worlds: colonial and postcolonial South Asia, cosmopolitan Europe, and an emerging modern Nepal.

2nd Annual Rotunda Rocks Returns to Hampden Neighborhood this Spring
Family-friendly Night of Rockin’ Fun Begins May 3 and Runs Every Friday Until End of September

Whether you like to jam to rock, folk, blues, Indie, Latin or reggae, there is something for everyone as the second annual Rotunda Rocks concert series returns to Hampden this spring/summer (711 W 40th Street). This family-friendly FREE concert series, presented by MCB Real Estate, features live music on the plaza and a street festival atmosphere with delicious local food and drinks, fun games and local vendors on Fridays, 6-9 p.m. beginning May 3 and running until September 27. Rotunda Rocks is open to the public and welcomes families and pets. A portion of proceeds from beverage sales benefits the Maryland SPCA. Join the Towson University voice faculty quintet, quinTUs, (Lori Hulgren, Jessica Harika, Min Jin, Phillip Collister-Murray, and Esther Lee with Aaron Ziegel, guest) for an evening of ensemble love songs. The program includes Robert Schumann’s seldom performed Spanische Liebeslieder Op. 138 for four solo singers and four-hand piano. Additional works include selections from operas, musicals, and the American Songbook. Spring is in the air, and so is LOVE!

Collage Senior Seminar Final Concert

Collage — An evening of original dance works created and performed by the Dance Major Senior Seminar Class of 2026. From bold movement to heartfelt stories, each piece weaves together diverse styles and emotions into one unforgettable performance.

This student-choreographed and performed concert is part of the senior capstone class. Movement styles are diverse and creative with students applying the many techniques studied at TU.

There are two distinct programs.
