In celebration of Earth Day, the Second Chance Community Spotlight Festival will feature community gardens, florists, and artisans whose work is influenced by nature.  Throughout the month of April, Second Chance, Inc. will highlight Baltimore-based organizations in our 250,000 sq. ft. retail warehouse.    April participants include:  Blue Water Baltimore Fells Point Cultivated Creations The Farm Alliance of Baltimore Hon’s Honey Baltimore Greenspace Crimson & Clover Street Folks Rachael’s Vintage Rachel Lundak David Scheirer Jennyjen 42 Second Chance - a Baltimore non-profit with a mission to Retrain, Reclaim, and Renew - provides a living classroom through the “green” deconstruction of homes and buildings, reclaiming and renewing the materials through retail sales; and providing training and employment for those facing extreme vocational obstacles. An added emphasis throughout 2022 is the promotion of “community”- the artisans, non-profits, and small businesses that are at the heart of what can make a community thrive.   Enjoy discovering and interacting with your community while shopping at Second Chance and supporting our mission!
