NAMI Metro is piloting a “Pop-Up” Family Support Group in Essex! A “pop-up” support group is a short-term series of support groups at a certain location to see if the group meets a community need or will be successful at that location and determine if we can sustain programming there. This is a free and confidential group for loved ones of people living with mental health conditions. No insurance required! 

Our first one starts on April 15th at the Stembridge Community Center located at 99 Stemmers Run Rd, Essex, MD 21221, and will be on Mondays from 6:30-8:00pm through May 20th.
