Jewish Community Services offer this two-part workshop where you will experiment with different means of creative self-expression to develop self-awareness, enhance mental well-being, and foster healing. Bring a desire to connect with your thoughts, hopes, and dreams through projects that will stimulate your creativity using various mediums. Free and open to the public. Space is limited.
