The Revolutionary Writers Poetry Festival is a collaboration between Charm City Slam, Lady Brion (Poet Laureate of Maryland), Unique the Word and Baltimore Unity Hall. The festival is dedicated to connecting literary experiences across the State of Maryland, and providing poets from around the country opportunities to work on their craft in a creative, brave, and affirming environment. This year’s festival will take place on May 15th-17th, 2026, and will include 18 workshops and panels, showcases, open mics, poetry slams, and more. We are excited to have some of the most talked about poets from around the country join us in leading powerful and thoughtful poetic experiences that you won’t forget.
