Loyola’s Busch Lecture
Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business will present the 2025 Busch Lecture: “The Future of Work: The Peopletecture Model with Dr. Tiffany McDowell” on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. The event will take place in the 4th Floor Program Room in the Andrew White Student Center at Loyola.
Tiffany McDowell, Ph.D., partner at EY Consulting and author of the book, “Strategies for Organization Design: Using the Peopletecture Model to Improve Collaboration and Performance,” will deliver the Busch Lecture. McDowell will explore the future of work and the Peopletecture Model, a framework for creating human-centered workplaces that foster stronger relationships, collaboration, performance, and employee well-being.
