Karen Somerville, vocalist, songwriter, recording artist, producer and creator of the sensational A cappella trio Sombarkin’; styling Negro Spirituals, and code songs. The trio received the coveted 2016 Kenny Award from the Kent Cultural Alliance and Hedgelawn Foundation, Inc., in honor of their performance in the original musical drama “Red Devil Moon” at the 2016 NYC Fringe Off Broadway.
