Wednesday, June 22, at 6:30 p.m. Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia Howard County General Hospital will hold Heroes in Health Care, an evening celebrating the heroism of the hospital staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. The fundraiser will benefit the hospital. Heroes in Health Care will begin with a reception, including food and beverages, and feature fireworks and a private concert by The Columbia Orchestra. Rob and Ann Moxley are the honorary chairs of the event. Tickets cost $150 or $75 for first responders and health care workers.
