Louisiana Sen. Bill Cassidy On Rebuilding From Hurricane Ida

Hurricane Ida left hundreds of thousands without power and at least four dead in Louisiana.

Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy surveyed the damage and joins us to discuss what it would take to rebuild.
