Clean-Up Efforts Begin in Isabel's Wake

As Isabel moves into Ontario, Canada, authorities along the Eastern seaboard begin to assess damage left in the former hurricane's wake. At least 17 deaths are attributed to the storm, and more than 4 million people in the Mid-Atlantic region remain without power. Flooding remains a major concern.
