Leadership Howard County, which seeks to empower leaders to strengthen and transform the community, will hold a general membership breakfast and gift drive, “Growing – Changing – Engaging.” Tracy Broccolino, president of the Community Action Council of Howard County, which works to decrease poverty in Howard County, will speak at the breakfast.

At the breakfast, Leadership Howard County will collect gift donations for the Community Action Council’s Giving of Hope campaign benefiting the council’s early childhood education students.
