In 2004, Sarah and her husband Ryan co-founded Thread, a non-profit organization that engages underperforming high school students confronting significant barriers outside of the classroom. Sarah has extensive experience in nonprofit management and expertise in the development, expansion, and replication of innovative, paradigm-shifting models of mentoring.
