Paternity Leave

In his State of the Union address, President Obama argued that paid leave is not just a women's issue, but a family one. While some companies have started to offer paternity leave, societal stigma still prevents many new fathers from taking it. Our guests: New York Times reporter Claire Cain Miller, who recently reported on the trend; Elizabeth Kennedy, associate professor of law and social responsibility at Loyola University Maryland; and Michael Roston, senior staff editor for social media at the New York Times, who took paternity leave and wrote about it.
