How Larry Hogan Won Maryland

For only the second time in more than four decades, Maryland will have a Republican governor. Businessman Larry Hogan defeated Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown and will take office in January. How did the Republican pull off a win in a state as blue as Maryland?
