Open Phones

We open the phone lines to hear from our listeners on a variety of news stories.  Baltimore City has finally decided to lower the property tax rate.  The city has also just approved  one of the strictest youth curfew's in the country.  We'll also get your feelings on the ongoing questions revolving around the release of Sgt.
