As the 2016 Olympics kick off in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, resident sports guy MarkHymanjoins Tom in the studio to give us a preview. Several athletes with ties to the greater Baltimore region are competing in this year’s games. Are swimmers Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky ready for a repeat?
