Mosaic Community Services: How To Build A Lifeline

Mosaic Community Services  is a Timonium-based non-profit that offers services to people dealing with mental health issues and addiction.  It says its mission is to "restore, heal and transform lives of individuals, families and communities."  Mosaic is the largest provider of these services in Central Maryland, providing help to more than 25,000 clients in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Carroll County --  members of a population that's often overlooked and underserved.  Jeff Richardson is the Executive Director of Mosaic.  He joins Tom this morning in Studio A to describe the work the group does, and the challenges it faces.
