Annapolis Lawmakers: Sizing Up The 2016 General Assembly's Busy First 10 Days

The 436^th session of the Maryland General Assembly began a week and a half ago.  This morning, we’ll get an update on what’s been happening in these busy early days, and discuss prospects for major legislative action during the Assembly's annual 3-month session.  Rachel Baye is WYPR’s Annapolis reporter.  She joins Tom in the studio, along with Fraser Smith, WYPR’s senior news analyst and columnist for the Daily Record.
