Welcome to Radio Kitchen, I'm Al Spoler. I was browsing through my Facebook the other day and I came across an article about Indian Pudding. The gist of it was that Indian Pudding is little known outside of New England... which seems true because I didn't even know what it was. So, Chef Jerry Pelligrino of Waterfront Kitchen, I decided to ask my friend Chris Corbett, a New England native and philosopher of food to come on and educate us about how it's done Down East.
