School Delays for February 23, 2015

Many public schools are opening late, in the wake of Saturday's winter storm.

Baltimore City schools and Baltimore County schools are on TWO-HOUR DELAYS.

Also opening TWO HOURS LATE are schools in: Anne Arundel County, Carroll County, Frederick County, Harford County, Howard County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County.

There's a 90-MINUTE DELAY in effect for: Kent County schools.
