Earlier this week, the Baltimore City Police Department began its pilot body-worn camera program -- 150 officers will be testing models over the next two months. We speak to Commissioner Kevin Davis about the program and the continued uptick in homicides. Then, David Rocah, senior staff attorney for the ACLU of MD, describes concerns regarding the police department's body-camera policy and transparency. Plus, Rick Seltzer of the Baltimore Business Journal tells us what Governor Hogan's transportation plan means for the Charm City Circulator. And Tim Wheeler rounds-up recent environmental news, including efforts to shore-up the Eastern Shore's Smith Island

And check out this story on the "living shoreline" being constructed to protect Smith Island's mash habitats.
