Midday on the Bay: Sea-Level Rise

According to a joint report by the Chesapeake Bay Journal and Chesapeake Quarterly, sea levels in the region are rising twice as fast as the global average, something of prime concern for thousands of Marylanders who live on or near coastal areas.
