Tom's guest is the dancer, activist and educator Breai Mason Campbell, who has taught at the New Song Community Learning Center in Sandtown Winchester for 13 years. On Thursday night, she will present the Daphne Harrison Lecture and Performance at the University of MD Baltimore County.
