On Sunday, March 13th, Ira Glass returns to Baltimore, his hometown, for a presentation at Goucher College he's calling Reinventing Radio. If you’re even a casual listener to WYPR, you know that Ira Glass is the creator, host and driving force behind the long-running public radio program, This American Life. Without doubt, he and the TAL production team have greatly expanded our notion of what the experience of listening to the radio can be, even when we’re "listening to the radio" on something other than a radio. Ira’s appearance on Sunday, in which he'll demonstrate the conceptual and technical processes involved in producing TAL, has been one of the hottest tickets in town for some weeks now.
