Despite the unease in the city following Freddie Gray's death, the CityLit Festival will still take place on Saturday from 10am to 5pm at the Enoch Pratt Free Library on Cathedral Street. A statement on their website reads that the leaders of the event hope that the gathering of Baltimore's literary artists and lovers of literature can be part of not only the healing process, but of the process toward thoughtful understanding and meaningful solutions.
