But, certain researchers are concerned that most Americans are eating much more protein than they need. But, how much is too much? How much is enough? Tom Hall asks nutritionist Monica Reinagel.
She is a licensed nutritionist from Baltimore and the creator of the Nutrition Diva podcast. She’s written six books, the latest of which is called Nutrition Diva’s Secrets for a Healthy Diet.
