Reducing Cancer Risk in Middle Age

What can people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s do to reduce their risk of cancer?  The Centers for Disease Control has issued a report collecting new research.  They suggest staying away from alcohol and shutting off computer screens a few hours before bedtime.  Nutritionist Monica Reinagel walks us through the notes.
