With legalized marijuana hitting Colorado and Washington at the beginning of the year, is it possible that we could see decriminalization of recreational marijuana here in Maryland?

A legalization bill has already been put forward in the state legislature, and there have been several high-profile lawmakers who have come out in favor of it.
