Two cultural opportunities this weekend: Tonight at 7:30, the season finale of the “If Music Be the Food Concert Series,” at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Mount Vernon. It benefits food-insecure people in Baltimore.

And tomorrow Gaithersburg hosts its book festivalfrom 10 a.m. to 6 pm at City Hall.
