As the highly infectious Covid-19 Delta variant raises Maryland’s positivity rate, Governor Hogan stands firm on not reinstating a mask mandate, but today he announced vaccine requirements for state employees. And Baltimore’s mayor has for weeks left open the possibility of reinstating a mask mandate. Today, he did just that.
