We begin today with a focus on a new citizen-led report by the No Boundaries Coalition, a neighborhood advocacy organization, founded in 2010. The report is called Over Policed Yet Underserved, and it documents multiple recent instances of police misconduct in dealings with citizens of Sandtown Winchester in West Baltimore. Ray Kelly conducted the citizen interviews. Talear Marrow is a Sandtown Resident whose brother was killed in a police-involved shooting 10 years ago. They join Tom to talk about the No Boundaries Coalition report, and how to reverse decades of mistrust between citizens of color and members of Baltimore's police force.
