Today, we continue our series of weekly conversations with candidates for Mayor of Baltimore. City Councilman Carl Stokes joins Tom Hall in the studio to share his vision for Charm City. He represents the 12th District, and currently serves as the Chair of the Council's Taxation, Finance and Economic Development Committee. He is 65 years old, and a Democrat. A lifelong Baltimorean, he lives in Greater Greenmount. This is his third run for Mayor.
